Setup

The game uses a deck of 106 cards consisting of:

Each player draws 5 cards to start. The remaining cards form the draw pile.

Turn Structure

Every turn follows 3 simple steps:

1
Draw 2 Cards

At the start of your turn, you automatically draw 2 cards from the deck. If the deck is empty, the discard pile is reshuffled.

2
Play Up to 3 Actions

You have 3 actions per turn. Each card you play costs 1 action. You can play properties, collect rent, use action cards, or bank money. You don't have to use all 3 actions.

3
End Turn

Click "End" to finish your turn. If you have more than 7 cards in your hand, you must discard down to 7 before ending.

How to Play a Card

Tap any card in your hand to see it enlarged with these options:

  • Play — Play the card (place a property, use an action card, charge rent)
  • Bank — Put the card in your bank as money (every card has a money value)
  • Flip — Flip a dual joker to its other color side
  • Back — Put the card back in your hand, nothing happens

You can also tap outside the card preview to close it without taking any action.

Card Types

Money Cards (1M–10M)

Money cards go into your bank. Your bank is protected — no one can steal money from it. Money is used to pay rent, birthday fees, and debt collector charges. Any card in the game can also be banked for its face value.

Property Cards

Collect property cards across 10 different colors to build complete sets. A complete set cannot be stolen with Sly Deal or Forced Deal — it is protected. Each color requires a specific number of cards (see rent table below).

Joker / Wildcard

Joker cards count as a property for any color. Dual jokers can be flipped between 2 specific colors. Use them to fill gaps in your property sets. The universal joker (rainbow) fits any color.

Rent Cards

Play a rent card to collect rent from your opponent based on the number of properties you own in that color. The more properties you have, the higher the rent. See the rent table below for exact values.

Action Cards
  • Pass Go — Draw 2 extra cards from the deck
  • Birthday — Your opponent pays you 2M
  • Debt Collector — Your opponent pays you 5M
  • Double Rent — Doubles the next rent you charge (costs 1 extra action, so 2 actions total for doubled rent)
Theft Cards
  • Deal Breaker — Steal an entire complete set from your opponent
  • Sly Deal — Steal 1 property from your opponent (not from a complete set)
  • Forced DealSwap one of your properties with one of your opponent's (not from complete sets)
Just Say No

Blocks any action card played against you — including rent, theft, birthday, and debt collector. When your opponent plays an action against you and you have a Just Say No card, it is automatically offered. Your opponent can counter with their own Just Say No, creating a counter chain.

House & Hotel

Houses and Hotels can only be built on complete property sets. A House increases rent, and a Hotel (requires a House first) increases it even further. Buildings stay with the set and are protected along with it.

Property Sets & Rent Values

Each color has a specific set size and rent values based on how many properties you own:

Color Set Size Rent Values
Brown 2 cards 1M, 2M
Light Blue 3 cards 1M, 2M, 3M
Pink 3 cards 1M, 2M, 4M
Orange 3 cards 1M, 3M, 5M
Red 3 cards 2M, 3M, 6M
Yellow 3 cards 2M, 4M, 6M
Green 3 cards 2M, 4M, 7M
Dark Blue 2 cards 3M, 8M
Utility 2 cards 1M, 2M
Railroad 4 cards 1M, 2M, 3M, 4M

Tips & Strategy

1

Bank early and often. Any card can be banked for its money value. Having cash on hand lets you pay off rent and debt without losing properties.

2

Complete small sets first. Brown (2 cards) and Dark Blue (2 cards) are the fastest to complete. Once a set is full, it's protected from theft.

3

Save Just Say No for critical moments. Don't waste it blocking a 1M birthday. Save it for when your opponent plays a Deal Breaker or a big rent card.
